Outfit Inspiration: New Year's Eve

YAY! Happy Friday friends! Here's some NYE outfit inspiration for ya consisting mainly of (not in any particular order): sequins, sparkle, black tights, leopard print, faux fur, GOLD, & leather. That about sums up all my favorite trends from this season! Enjoy :)

This is the perfect party dress in a perfectly festive holiday color, GOLD!

A big faux fur vest & leather pants will keep you warm, but lookin' sexy at the same time.

If you want to opt for a more comfy/casual look, but still feel cool, go for leather and leopard with a bad ass Chelsea boot.

Ummm, sequins AND leopard with black tights. Need to say more?!

A colorful sequined cardi is definitely a more fun, unexpected option. You'll stand out among all the black ensembles!

I love the idea of an all black NYE look with a huge, sparkly statement necklace & a bright party clutch.

A great tapestry printed dress and a bright, bold coat would be another fun, unexpected, yet festive option.

This look is very similar to what I'll be wearing to ring in the New Year. A sparkly, fitted dress, white blazer, and black opaque tights with some high heeled booties. Only difference is that I'll definitely be adding some sequins to my outfit. I LOVE sequins!

Alley Ways on Gloomy Days

There's this long alley way right off of S. Congress in Austin and I love just going and walking around back there. It's so peaceful and calming. There's so much to see and do here in Austin and my friends and I love exploring the city finding all kinds of new treasures. Another treasure is this jacket which was such a good find for me. I'd been looking for a good surplus jacket for a while that wasn't to long for a shorty like me. I'm glad I took my time because this one is perfect. And a little "winter white" dress. Which is totally acceptable these days. Don't be afraid to wear this color in the colder months. It'll keep your spirits up on those colder, gloomy days :)

Hi from Austin! I've been living in this amazing city for almost 4 months now and I'm having the time of my life. So many activities I haven't had much time to devote to this here little blog of mine. But, I've decided to start making time because I really do enjoy blogging. Being in a city like Austin has definitely inspired me to be more creative with my personal style and this blog is the best place for me to showcase that and hopefully inspire you as well! There's so much beauty all around me that I couldn't imagine not sharing my adventures with you :)

P.S. I'm obsessed with everything leopard print. Just a warning- you'll probably be seeing a lot of it around here.
