This was probably the last time it was acceptable to wear pants in Austin for at least 4 months. It's getting HOT over here, y'all. But I took one last opportunity to wear my cute high-waisted black jeans while wondering around the east side a couple weekends ago. I'm happy to say we finally had better weather here over the weekend and I think the rain has finally decided to calm down. Thank goodness. We absolutely needed it but it was becoming a problem. People getting hurt, homes being destroyed by extreme flooding. Very sad. So good riddance rain and hello summer sunshine!
