Ropers + My Weekend

What up? It's Friday and it basically snowed over night in the ATX!! Yes, you read that right. Snowed. Kinda. Or iced over. Whatever. The grass outside is white. But (isn't there always a 'but'), in true Texas fashion it'll be in the 70s tomorrow. That's real southern living for ya.

Anyway, just wanted to share a photo of my new favorite boots. I feel super cool/kinda country in these cuties. I bought them on Etsy from Nerdy Birdy Vintage. They've got some real great pieces over there. Go have a look! Hope y'all have a great weekend. Doing a little TNT (Tacos 'N Tequila) tonight with my friends and kind of relaxing the rest of the weekend. I have lots of things coming up in the next couple months so I'm happy to have one last weekend of chill time before the crazy ensues. Such is my life...

How I'm Spending My Weekend: Chillin'

It's Friday again! I don't know about you, but this week seemed to go by pretty fast for me. And trust, I'm not complaining. This weekend I'll be going to a STRFKR show Friday night, watching some LSU football Saturday and heading to Dallas to visit my mom Sunday (and also more football watching... Geaux Saints!). Overall a pretty chill weekend with mornings spent dreaming that I'm in a bed like this one. Although I have to admit my bed is not too shabby, so I'd say it's a pretty fair trade-off. But SRSLY where can I find this cable knit blanket?! What are your plans this weekend?

How I'm Spending My Weekend

Happy Friday! I'll be spending my weekend at this beautiful resort out on Lake Travis for a work event. Yeah, maybe my job's pretty cool. And maybe I'm getting a facial Saturday. Maybe I'll be chillin' on a boat, then relaxin' by the swim up bar at the pool drinkin' somethin' tropical. And yeah, I guess we'll do some work too. Maybe.
